Eye strain and dry eyes symptoms
During office hours excess looking at computer, both eyes got strained and irritated and feeling like something inside my eyes , having nextane eye drop and feels some what better, should I use nextane or should I go with systane ultra ??? Which have quick relief from eye strain and dry eyes and does systane ultra have side effects or allergic reactions??? Pl suggest
while working on system for long the blinking tendency reduces which causes dryness and other symptoms which is suggestive of computer vision syndrome . follow 20-20-20 rule and can use lubricant systane ultra .
