Its a stye caused by blockage of oil glands and bacterial infection…its generally painful ..

You can do hot fomentation on your eye Use tobramycin 0.3% eye drop 3 times for 5 days Take zifi 200 twice daily for 3 days If painful Take tab diclogesic sp 8 hourly for 3 days Cap cyra d once daily before breakfast for 3 days It will subside if not consult a nearby ophthalmologist

It is a stye. Use cipro-dexa eye ointment  3 times daily for 5 days. Do hot compression 2 to 3 times daily. If painful,  take tab voveran 50mg one every 8hours for 3 days after meals. Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 3 days. If it increases in size or persists, get excision done.

Its since a month based on the location  and such a  long history it can probably  a  hordeolum externum or stye Its due to blocked glands in your eyelids Go for tobramycin eye drops 3 times daily for 7 days Tab azithromycin 250 mg for 5 days N hot compresses
