Hello, This spot can be because of small mass on your conjunctiva called as pingeculae. Need to see picture to confirm diagnosis. It doe not require treatment.

It is pinguecula ,not related with vision appears due to dusty & polluted atmosphere .

what you call yellow spots seems to be muddy conjuntivitis. it is nonpathological.
