What is the practical differences between -0.25(CYL) and +0.25 (CYL) powered eye-glass? Which one is better for computer users?

There is no 'fixed ' glass prescription for computer users. Every glass prescription is customized.  U have to consult an ophthalmologist who will do your refraction and prescribe u glasses after subjective verification.
