I woke up this morning and rubbed my eye It has became so red and strechy like elastic Can it due to driving in pollution or rubbing or heavy computer use ? Thanks

do cold  compresses. use antibiotic eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin  and take anti allergic tab e.g. cetrizine.

This seems like more of infective. If there was sticking of eyelids then probably it is infective and if its itchy then it can be allergic. Though this is a gross difeerence just to rule out etiology. So if you have any discharge then you might need to start antibiotic else you will be treated on lines of allergic.
