Hello , as per your papers the right eye surgery is done already. And the other eye cataract has not become too dense and hard yet .
So I believe waiting for 1-2 months more would not cause any additional damage.

Fortunately cataract is an elective surgery unless it's a hypermature cataract or any of Lens induced glaucomas. According to the attached findings one eye is already been operated for cataract and the other eye is having Immature senile Cataract. Also the vision in the cataractous eye is not hampered much. So better to wait till the Corona threat is lowered and be safe rather than risking your life.
