My son is a 2+ months now, but he is having eye discharge most of the time, bit reddish, waterry, and plumby. Could you please suggest something.

Do clean his eyes with sterile cotton swab soaked in Luke warm water every 6 hrly & just do massage of eye around eyebrows in clockwise & anti-clockwise direction.. it’s normal up to 6 months for kids about eye discharge.. no eye drops required
