You should consult ophthmologist nearby till you may use lubricating eye drops like Refresh liquigel frequently .

Please consult an ophthalmologist as soon as it's possible. Please don't put I tone in the baby's eyes (it's an ayurvedic eyedrop considered to be safe but known to cause side effects). Better to put Tobramycin eyedrops 4 times a day.
