Consulted an opthalmologist today. Taking a second opinion. Can some one simplify the diagnosis and tell me. Prescription Attached. Is is serious

Yes, the condition is serious since there is Primary Open Angle Glaucoma in both the eyes along with Age Related Macular Degeneration in the Right Eyes. If not taken care of, there might be further deterioration of vision.
Next Steps
continue treatment as prescribed and needs proper follow up. Field Charting of both the eyes required.

It is one of the type of glaucoma, ie increased pressure in the eyes.you have to take pressure controlling Eye drops. Also age related Retinal changes present.pl consult glaucoma and Retina Specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

POAG means primary open angle glaucoma.. u shud be using the drops if the tension rises..
