Hi Please plan for Refractive surgery afte proper exam if u want to get rid of number . There is no other known way till now.

The only options for you are: 1. Wearing glasses 2. Wearing contact lenses 3. Going for refractive surgery. Have balanced diet. Good illumination while reading. Diffuse light in room while working on devices. There is no medicine that can decrease your number.
