I have an eye irritation problem and cannot work for long in my desktop. I get headache also when I am to my work and outside.

Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop

You must be having dry eye problem. Use lubricating eye drops like genteal or refresh tears or aquasurge 4 times a day. Take rest for 5 min after putting drops. Keep your eyes protected while driving and travelling with goggles.
