I'm observing that size of my right eye gets a bit smaller. I'm feeling that my eye is also get a bit heavy. I'm facing redness in that eye from past 2 days. Before this time I haven't face any problem like this also my eyes didn't get red before. Why my eyes gets smaller??? (My mother have asymmetrical eyes so does it because of gens? But its happened for the first time and my age is 16).

May be due to allergy or systemic disease dysthyroidism.

You could be having allergy. Do cold compress and put Mezol eye drops

See an Eye doctor..they will treat the redness . In all probability that should correct the problem

Most probably you have conjunctivitis . Don't worry. You will have to seek advice of an ophthalmologist in clinic for diagnosis and management. I don't think it is something related to asymmetry in eyes of your mother.
