I have stable -ve power in my eyes. I have had few floaters in my eyes from 13yrs old but only see them when I am trying to search them against a wall. How many floaters is cause for concern and dangerous to the eyes? Thanks

May be due to Myopia.Sudden increase in floaters is concern.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.pl take green leafy vegetables and fish and eggs. Pl hydrate yourself. Pl have sufficient Sleep.

If you see sla sudden increase in floaters, or you see 25-30 floaters in a bunch, associated with flashes of light. Then it is cause of concern Irrespective of amount of floaters, an annual eye check up is mandatory, even if your minus number is stable.
