Hi Dr , I am having power glasses of -17D and -10.5D , my doc recommended me Vista HA eye drop for dryness , photophobia and eye strain , is it safe for long time use if not what are the other options should I use please suggest

Yes it is safe only If u want other options can use 1) genteal eye drops, 2) lacrigel Drink plenty of water too
