My baby is two month old. His eyes gets watery sometimes and comes some white discharge and eye get attached at morning. What should I do?

Tear duct obstruction is common problem. Consult with opthalmologist will require antibiotics eye drop and massage

Tear of eyes go through a nasolacrimal duct to the nose. In children, this duct may be blocked up to 6 months. Massage above the inner side of eye, 3-4 times a day, this will open the duct and tear to flow normally. If eye gets attached in the morning, then can clean it with wet cotton swab from inside to outside.
