What is wrong with my eyes. They appear different from each other but both the pupils are of same size. Is this treatable  ?

Need your previous pictures for comparison actually. Things could be normal as well. There is a possibility of slight kid retraction which could be due to anxiety or an underlying thyroid gland dis function. Just get FT 3, FT4 and TSH levels done. You will be fine.

You have to get complete examination for nerves and  eye muscle to rule out any difference in the size.
