Extremely high SGOT/SGPT

My SGOT and SGPT levels are 444 and 623 respectively. What does that mean. I was having very little itching so doctor asked me to do LFT. I am currently 32.5 weeks pregnant.

It is a very serious liver insufficiency. Please consult your Gynaecologist immediately and further treatment will be a joint responsibility for a Gynaecologist and a General Physician.
