I applied nivea men lip balm on my son's lips and fron next day he had extremely chapped lips . Layers coming out and sometimes it bleeds as well. Please suggest what needs to be done

It looks like your son developed irritant contact dermatitis. Stop using that lip balm. Use plain Vaseline. Consult online.
