Feeling extreme weakness post viral fever,kindly suggest medicine for strength so I can resume my office,I got viral last week,currently no fever but coughing occasionally.

First of all u need to explain in detail like when u had viral , for how many days it lasted,  what treatment u had taken . Was it covid or not? Take multivitamin tab zincovit 1 tablet once daily and drink plenty of oral fluid and take diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
