I'm a medical student. My upper head is paining  from 3-4 days but from 2 days it's paining extremely. When I take medicine it stops... But after sometimes it starts paining with previous intensity. Plz help.

There will be many reasons . Migraine may be but you are saying it’s as 1 st attack . So please consult neurologist and ophthalmologist too. As you are saying you are medical student may be stress headache.
