Greetings, maam Maam RCT is procedure is for saving the tooth, after extraction nearby teeth starts to change their position and causes malpositioning of the teeth, otherthen that it is important to save the tooth for chewing purpose, molar is important for chewing function. I would suggest you to go for rct. Hope this will help you.

D/P, if tooth can be saved then always choose treatment over extraction..it is advisable to have RCT done first. Molar are important for chewing purpose. Save your tooth.
