Few years back i notices there is few extra ducts in left testis pouch as compared to right which makes it uneven in shape. though testis r of same size but for ducts it seems uneven. earlier i had a bad habit of stopping sperm just before ejaculation. though it is not creating any problem in any means but i am scared for future

Hello, I went through your query, this extra worm like thing along the sperm cord would be vericocele,, that is dilated veins in sperm cord. This need to be examined and treated early to avoid future complications, please consult general surgeon. And if erection I normal and for sufficient time,, why you stop ejaculation.. Please avoid that habit.
