Experiencing pain in lower back and belw

I am experiencing pain in lower back and below naval ( naval and pubic bone) from past 6 days. I did urine examination but it shows no infection. I have tried Ofloxacin and didn't got any relief. My belt area has now got kind of strain and it aches. I am experiencing pricking above and around pubic bone. Please suggest me. Thanks and regards
