Experiencing increased during pregnancy

I have tested positive pregnancy and it is likely 45 days. I have been experiencing increased bleeding and spotting and I am concerned about the effects of the Pause 500 tablet as prescribed me earlier I have consumed a single tablet yesterday.I am having much pain from morning Could you please advise  precautions I should take?

If your bleeding is associated with pain it is not a good sign.  Need an ultrasound and then consult online for further advice

Pause is used to reduce bleeding in a non pregnant uterus Will not help in ur case U need an ultrasound to find out the reason for the bleeding
