Hi..
The heel pain what you experience could be due to faulty shoes you wear for training or the warm up and cool down is not properly done..
You need a good icing for your heel and and stretch your calf muscles properly..
Kindly revert back in case you need any further clarification in this regard..
Or if there is still residual pain even after doing this..
