Exercise after 6th week misscarrige

I was 6 week pregnant and had started small bleeding from 10th march & in between more clots passed... had scan 5 days back & doctor said still there is sack inside which is to be clear so taking tablets still to clear that left over sack..... not sure it's cleared inside or not yet......So going to have one more scan on this coming Wednesday to check.... Now my question is shall i start doing exercises as still some small spotting is going on iam confused to do exercise... Will it affect anything? If not now from when i can start doing exercises as iam feeling heavy myself especially tummy. please advise

Wait for 6 weeks to start exercises. You can do brisk walking.

Exercise will not do anything .. you are feeling heavy because of ur hormones . . advised to wait for ur next normal period, so that the body can come back to normal self ,
