I'm suffering from throat pain. I cannot eat/drink anything, since it is very painful. My own saliva is troubling me alot. How can I cure throat pain ?

Please mention the duration. You may be suffering from acute pharyngitis but it is difficult to comment without the complete history. You will need a course of antibiotics and supportive management.
