Excessive stress

How to overcome from stress? Please suggest as early as possible .Due to  this stress my digestive system became weak & irregular.So,please help me to relieve from this situation.

Have positive attitude. Have regular timings for work. Sleep for atleast 6-7 hours daily. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily in the morning. Drink plenty of water. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits.If possible practice yoga and meditation daily. Engage in activities which you enjoy most.
