Excessive muscular stiffness & soreness.

Stiffness in muscles even after warm up & stretching prior to exercise. Post workout recovery & soreness in muscles is also a problematic issue.

This will happen due to two reasons inadequate stretching & lack of proper rest. Do stretching with minimal hold of 30seconds for 10 repetitions & 7 hours of sleep. Use cold packs to reduce soreness. If doesn't got remarkable relief then send your schedule to me.
