I had dandruff issues since 2 years, after visiting doctor, she gave me bitadine to be applied to scalp every Saturday and wash hair the next day. It improved. But later it worsened so I was recommended to use ketokanazole 2%. It removed my dandruff completely but resulted in excessive hairfall in a month that my hair density reduced more than 50%. I have stopped using it so dandruff returned eventually and with intense hairfall leading to hair thinning. Please suggest is there anything particular that can be used to eradicate the issue, I am excessively worried now as whenever i comb my hairs there are 100 of strands falling all over the floor. Please help.
