Recent tests shows - high inflammationhscrp - 27, hba1c - 6.4, pre diabetes. Going through gerd and ibs kinda situation, on practo doc gave me medication I am having them, but right now. Facing severe gas pain in stomach. Need advise how to fix it

What medication are you using currently. If you are already using oral proton pump inhibitors like pantaprazole then you may need IV PPI. For immediate relief take syp.rantac MPS orally. Sometimes pancreatitis may present as severe gastritis.
