Excessive discharge

Hello. I'm almost 41, with regular menstrual cycles. My last period was on the 2nd of January. The last two days I have been keeping unwell with fever and throat infection. I have also had excessive discharge. I have been taking care of my family members as they have been unwell too so there's sleeplessness and fatigue involved. The discharge is normal, no smell or anything, just in excess than Normal. I sometimes have a bit of pain in the breast but goes after sometime. I may have covid though I'm not sure yet. I don't know if it's related. But should I be worried about excess discharge. Please advise. I'm 58 kgs. My bmi is normal. I'm not sexually active for the last 5 years. I'm on antibiotics azithral from last night for throat infection. Thank you.

It is better you have a complete Gynaecological examination at the age of 41 years. Excessive discharge is not directly linked with your other symptoms but it needs evaluation in its own right. For the time being you can take Azithromycin, Paracetamol, Cetrizine, Vit C with Zinc. But proper Gynecological examination is a must.
