To alleviate bloating, stomach pain, and vomiting, try home remedies like ginger tea, chamomile tea, peppermint oil, heating pad on the stomach, staying hydrated with electrolyte-rich fluids, eating bland foods like bananas or crackers, and avoiding spicy or fatty foods.
