Excess fat deposition in legs, thighs

Dear Doctors, My mother is 58 years old arthritis patient. She has excess fat deposition in upper legs, thighs and arms, it doesn't look normal. Is it obesity or lipedema ? Can anyone please suggest some good diet for her and what speciality doctor to consult for this issue. Thanks and regards, Sumit

Ask her to do yoga practice. Consult with orthopaedic doctor Ask her to take high fibre diet like more of fruits and vegetables and drink lot of water and keep moving 10-15 min daily after every meal
