Hey I took  2 injections of 600k iu vitamin D IM in a gap of 2.5 months. Initially my levels were 18 ng/ml now after 2 weeks of last dose my levels are 69 ng/ml. Calcium is 9.05 mg/dl and potassium 4.34 mmol/L and phosphorus 3.5 mg/dl. I am planning for pregnancy and now I have stopped vitamin D supplements and want to know if  I am safe or there is a chance of toxicity and when will my levels start to decrease.
