Excess Amniotic Fluid

Hello Doctor, My sister is in her 5th month pregnancy. Recently she has undergone a regular scanning by a local Gynec and it has been identified that the Amniotic Fluid level is more than the normal range. Not sure about the exact AFI value. Please suggest us what should be our next step. can the fluid level be brought down to the normal level and is there any risk involved with the higher level of fluid to the baby. Thanks.

Hello What is the amniotic fluid value? What about other findings in anomaly scan ,is everything else reported normal?? Usg report should be attached here Also get a GCT  done Blood sugar levels
