Hello it just decrease your libido. Do exercise regular brisk walk or jog for 30 mts daily and it will come back . Exercise increases hormones in body so also estrogen level too. No need for any medicines . Exercise need not be in morning it can be at any time of day

Allopathy medicine and treatment,r , generally ,based on the principal,concerning the Type of problems,one is suffering from.It may b confusing ,that ,one is doing blood tests ,on its own ,and find that ,one,s,Oestrogen is on the lower side.In my opinion U must not give ,importance  to such things and forget ,that u got blood tedts done.
