Hello sir, My lab test esr level is 20.5 and hb is in normal range. I am experiencing weight loss like 63 to 55 not suddenly but gradually 3-5 month period. I feel lack of energy, tiredness, dizzy and low even in morning. Sometimes i feel difficulty in breathing then i try to take long breath that doesn't help. I feel heat inside the body when i breathe. My eyes are dull, exhausted rather than white and cool. What could be problem. Thanks in advance
