Before 3month my esr level was 18 but there is nothing I m normal now I felt cramp on my back neck after it I felt the same in my front and back side of pain and the pain is high in early wake up morning time by the time the pain is decrease now I test my esr level which is indicate 20 and all the blood report normal so I want to know that the esr level is normal or harmful to me

Ur pain doesnt always have relationship with esr.  Ur morning pain is due to inflammation or degeneration.  Instead of repeating the esr i suggest u get urself evaluate by orthopaedic or spine surgeon
