ESR and CBC

Sir, My ESR level increases to 22 earlier it was 12 and hemoglobin 12.7 and RBC 4.6.Plz suggest what to do and why esr increases.

Hb 12.7 is Anaemia ESR elevation indicates inflammation in the body.
