Please visit an ONCOLOGIST as soon as possible to rule out cancer. The symptoms are highly suggestive of cancer.

Hello.. Well sir.. Definitely considering his age and the symptoms you mention..I would definitely suggest you to meet an ENT specialist and get examined and evaluated for the cause of it as we can suspect chronic infection candoyions and carcinoma...Thank you
