Doctor prescribed me escitalopram 10mg I took for 10days Now I am not getting same brand Can I use different brand?

Get standard brands which your doctor has given. Many sub standard brands are out there sld by medical shops for pure business. Your doctor will interrupt ish your recovery soon as much as you do. Good luck.
