Good evening. Both these tablets work wonderfully in the right dosage and duration. Heavy headedness is quite unlikely to be an effect of these Medicines. You could definitely try behavioural therapy depending on the severity of your symptoms. And no these drugs do not affect the capacity to bear children as such. Hope i have helped. Take care
