Chyawanprash is a very good ayurvedic medicine. But it will not help you. I don't believe in "One Size Fits All", that's why I prefer conducting Prakriti Diagnosis and evaluation of patients and their problems. Every individual has his unique prakriti, doshas and severity of problems, which may differ to one patient to another. That is the reason a unique customized treatment plan is needed for such a patients rather than a stereotype treatment approach. If you want ayurvedic treatment for your problem, Consult me online.

Chyavanprash is not the solution for your problem. It's rasayan means to build immunity etc but for that one should have strong digestive power.

You can take chyavana prasam only after regaining your digestive power,so treat the main issue first

As a immunity booster you can take it along with milk + ghee . It don't have any role in treatment of gastritis. It's better to start Chyawanprash after completing treatment for gastritis duodenitis.
