I am 19 years old indian I have been masterbrating since 16 i believe but my penis does not completely erect but I am able to ejacuate sperm but I tried having sex 10 times my penis does not erect at all and there is some watery substance coming out during the time when I start kissing or getting closer enough to her this watery substance is coming out of my penis I think this is the reason why My penis does not erect properly but my sperm count is good enough.
