I have been sexually active before marriage with my wife, we used to have intercourse 2-3 times a month, I got married 1 months before, instead of being more sexually active, I hardly get erection, even after having Viagra, or applying, balm or spray, my penis get soft very fast. Do I need to have consultation for it, or is it the feelings of assurance, mind is having that I can have intercourse any time as my wife is now around me 24/7??

It's in your best interest if you consult a psychiatrist in-person. There is a high likelihood of an underlying mood related issue. Mere assurance is not going to prove beneficial.
