In a male dominant society like ours, men do not feel free to speak about this subject and do not want to come out of their cocoons. One reading of BP is not adequate to confirm that you are hypertensive.Get a check up with a physician. Take a break for 2 weeks with out intercourse.start yoga and meditation. Medicines for erection to be the last option.
