Granulation doesnt cause prolapse Prolapse can be prevented by pelvic floor exercise later when your wound is healed completely.

Silver nitrate only helps in healing. Over granulation doesn't lead to prolapse. If you are getting a feeling you need a physical examination to rule it out.

Prolapse is seen in the later years and very rarely it's a sudden onset. Silver nitrate is for healing of the wound

Over granulation doesn't cause feeling like prolapse. If you feel so, you must get examined to rule out prolapse.

Silver nitrate is used so that healing starts and no extra infection gets added to your episiotomy The 6week episiotomy is not strong enough to feel like previous vaginal structure. Prolapse cannot be caused by granulation tissue .
Next Steps
Regular dressing of episiotomy
Health Tips
Per speculum examination by a gynaecologist to rule out prolapse
