Epidydimytis orchitis pain inflammation

I have epidydimytis with orchitis in the testicles with swelling pain and tenderness. It's caused by bacterial infection from UTI for which antibiotic is prescribed. However not much relief. Difficulty in walking due to pain inflammation. Is there any homeopathy remedy to ease the pain?
