Left ear having problem in listening. Ent specialist diagonsed it as swelling on ear drum.

There are many causes for decreased hearing such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, otitis media with effusion, Impacted wax inside your ear canal, chronic otitis media etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem.
